Return Policy

No Returns Accepted

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective to the point where it is unusable, please contact us within 4 days of delivery with:

· Your order number
· A clear photo or video showing the issue

We will review each case individually. If the issue is verified, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. Refund amounts will depend on the severity of the issue and are not guaranteed to cover the full purchase price.

Please note: If we approve a return exception, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This applies to all situations, including damaged or defective items.

Cancellations

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
